Service related alarms 

This type of functionality allows special alarms to be previously applied to certain groups of objects, which can be generated from the change of state of: an object in the group, certain objects in the group or all objects in the group. 

Custom alarms on potential configuration-related events 

Through this feature, your company will be able to configure personalized alarms that will allow you to identify possible events related to the configurations made. As an example, we can cite a configuration that was applied, but not saved in a definitive way. Through this feature, it will be possible to reduce the number of errors related to configurations that should have been permanently applied but were not. 

Creating alarms on the chart 

The creation of alarms on the chart makes it easier for users to make their own settings in a friendly and intuitive way, just by clicking directly on the graph and choosing how the alarm should be triggered.

Automatic action scripts 

Another very important feature when we talk about alarms are the possible procedures that must be performed once these alarms are generated. In this condition, Telcomanager provides in this new update, a feature that allows scripts with automatic actions to be forwarded, in accordance with the generation of an alarm.

Alarm urgency levels 

Usually, each company may have different considerations about the criticality of certain alarms. For example, in certain scenarios, an alarm related to CPU consumption may not be as critical as it would be in other scenarios. Therefore, it is critical to have a tool that is modular in this regard, allowing such alarm levels to be personalized and customized from company to company.

In view of this need, Telcomanager also provides in its new update a feature that allows the user to determine different criticality levels related to object alarms. 

With this, the user will be able to associate a moderate criticality to events that are characterized as non-critical anomalies (such as a CPU consumption between 40% and 60%, for example) and high criticality to events that have a high-impact power (such as CPU consumption above 60% for example).
